Exploration of the talent skills training model in pharmaceutical vocational schools: school-industry collaboration, dual system training, competency focus, and gradient promotion
To explore an effective training model for professional and technical personnel in medical technical schools. A new path of school-enterprise cooperation and dual training was implemented to improve students' language expression ability and practical operation ability. The training process sequence was implemented into a "three-gradient" advancement model from students to apprentices and then to employees. The effect of the teaching reform was comprehensively judged and analyzed based on the transformation of learning attitudes, changes in test scores, combined with the employment rate of students' corresponding majors and awards in skill competitions at all levels. The teaching quality has been significantly improved, the students' scores have been steadily rising, and the excellent rate (above 90 points) has increased significantly. The employment rate of graduates in 2022 has reached 98.29%, of which the employment rate of professional counterparts is 90.30%, and the satisfaction of employers with the professional quality and skills of graduates has reached 97.80%. Ten people have won awards in provincial and municipal skill competitions. The school-enterprise collaboration, dual training, ability-focused, and gradient advancement model is very positive and advanced. It is an advanced model for the cultivation of professional and technical personnel in medical technical schools, and is conducive to the healthy development of medical technical education.
